Reconciliation of Professional and Family Life in Collective Agreements: Role of Social Partners in the Promotion of Gender Equality (GEQUAL)

The project's aim is to design a model regulation of work-life balance measures which support gender equality for future collective bargaining, taking into account the interim results of the research, the transfer of the Norwegian experiences and good practice and the educational module. This model can be used by social partners and their negotiators (either to directly include it into the collective agreement or as a starting point for their negotiations), either with the goal to conclude a framework collective agreement on work-life balance measures and gender equality or to include particular reconciliation measures in the future collective agreements, concluded at different level, on the sector/industry level and at the enterprise level, especially in companies with the Family Friendly Enterprise Certificate.
